There was a time when kids used to collect tons of colorful pins and brooches. They were pinned onto backpacks, and also on jackets, and on hats. At school, pins were proudly showed off, sought after and exchanged.

I looooved pins, and all because I could use them to make my things unique. Nobody would have had the same.

Following this mood and memories, a group of friends and I decided to create BAGOLO.

A collection of practical bags made of sumptuous but durable leathers. Bags with essential lines dedicated to daily use, bags that step by step evolve towards the jewelry world as they become encrusted with metal details and hand crafted brooches.

BAGOLO makes totes with one thing in mind: customization.

Each bag is hand pierced with a spray of nickel free metal eyelets of different shapes and colors.

The bag can be embellished and customized by pinning brooches into the eyelets with an easy on easy-off system. The brooches are easy applicable and can be changed with no effort.

We joined forces and different backgrounds to design a vast collection of brooches, trying to bring to wearable life dreams, nature elements, shades of moods. We sourced inspiration from pop art, 70’s cinema, tattoos, and comics – we looked into history, photography, food and astrology.

We worked hard to give our customers a full palette of colors to express themselves and have fun with. We want them to be able to construct their own unique piece, let it follow their crushes and moods and keep it constantly changing.
